Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. All items will have a USPS tracking number that will be found in an email when shipped. To track your package copy and paste that number in the USPS website. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your item is returned because it was sent to the wrong address or undeliverable, is it not YM Turquoise's responsibility to pay for shipping to resent it. If your address is wrong, package gets lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please understand YM Turquoise cannot be held responsible. 

Incorrect of Missing Items: If you received your order and there is an item missing or you received the incorrect times, you must inform us within 4 days of receiving your order by email at ymturquoise8@gmail.com.
